Dear SBU/USB Athletic Training Alum (some of you Patriots; some of you Seawolves!!):

I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying 2006! For those who have not heard the wonderful news, as of September 10, 2004 the Athletic Training Education Program at Stony Brook University is a CAAHEP-accredited undergraduate curriculum program! In addition, the program is now offered through the School of Health Technology and Management. We are very excited about this and look forward to producing future health care professionals!

Most of you were directed to this site via the ATEP Newsletter which was recently mailed. If you did not receive a copy of this, you can view it on the ATEP Web Site; or contact ATEP at 631-632-ATEP and update your mailing information with Carol Sliwkoski, Assistant to the Director.

With accreditation, the program is responsible for performing on-going outcome assessments. Therefore, the entire faculty appreciates your efforts in completing this on-line survey in a timely fashion. It should not be difficult to navigate and if you have any questions, please contact Carol. The information you provide will be valuable for program evaluation and development. Please scroll down the page to complete the survey. Students who graduated in May 2004 or earlier use the ‘Internship Survey’; if your graduation date was after May 2004, please use the ‘Curriculum Survey’.
